These terms cover your use of Cryft — the app, the website, and everything you can do with them. By creating an account or using Cryft, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use Cryft.

Cryft is a consumer fintech service that lets you sell crypto and gift cards for local currency, pay bills, transfer to bank accounts, and earn referral rewards. Cryft operates across Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya, with some features available only in certain markets.
In these terms, "Cryft", "we", "us" and "our" mean the company operating the Cryft service. "You" means the person using it.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. You may hold one account, in your own name, with accurate details. Accounts are personal — don't sell, share, or transfer yours.
You're responsible for keeping your login details and transaction PIN private, and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Keep your information current. We may refuse, limit, or close accounts with information we can't verify.
To sell crypto for the first time, you'll need to verify your identity. Selling gift cards, paying bills, and withdrawing don't require verification, though we may ask for it where the law or fraud-prevention requires.
By submitting verification details, you confirm they're genuine and belong to you. Submitting false documents will get your account closed.
When you sell crypto, we show you a rate and the amount you'll receive before you confirm. Once you send your coins to the address shown, the transaction can't be reversed. Send only the asset and on the network we specify — funds sent to the wrong network or address may be lost and can't be recovered.
Rates move with the market. A quote is valid for a short window, and minimum amounts may apply.
You may sell gift cards by uploading a photo or entering an e-code. You confirm that any card you sell is genuine, lawfully obtained, fully funded, and not already redeemed or reported. We may reject or hold a card pending checks, and we don't pay for cards that turn out to be invalid, used, or fraudulent.
You can pay bills and send money to bank accounts from your Cryft balance. Bill payments are available in Nigeria first, with more markets to follow. You're responsible for entering the right meter number, phone number, smartcard, or bank details — payments sent to details you provided can't always be reversed.
Your wallet holds a balance in your country's local currency, set when you sign up. Selling adds to your balance; paying bills, transferring, and withdrawing draws it down. A transaction PIN is required for any payout or debit. We may apply limits, holds, or reviews where needed to keep things secure and compliant.
You can earn rewards when people you refer sign up and trade. Rewards are credited to a referral balance you can spend like your main balance. We may change, pause, or withdraw the program, and we'll reverse rewards earned through fake accounts, self-referral, or other abuse.
Any fee and the exact rate are shown before you confirm a transaction. We don't add hidden charges after the fact. Rates are set by us and can change at any time before you confirm.
You agree not to use Cryft to:
We may suspend or close your account, hold funds, or refuse a transaction if we reasonably suspect fraud, a breach of these terms, or a legal or regulatory requirement. Where we can, we'll tell you why. Lawfully held balances that belong to you will be returned subject to our checks.
Crypto is volatile and largely unregulated. Prices can move sharply, and selling is at your own risk. Cryft is provided "as is" — we work hard to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
To the extent the law allows, Cryft isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by things outside our reasonable control — including market moves, network failures, or details you entered incorrectly. Nothing here removes liability that can't legally be excluded.
We may update these terms as Cryft grows. If we make a material change, we'll let you know in the app or by email. Continuing to use Cryft after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where your account is registered. Disputes will be handled by the courts of that country, unless the law gives you other rights.
